Terrace was included. Kitchenette allowed us to cook. Was great to be only minutes from the beach. We will choose it for sure next trip, as the hotel met the criteria.

We had 2 nights in Playa del Carmen, spent our time here very nicely. A room with a FANTASTIC view over the garden was great.
